May Tip of the Month from Montpelier Bikes
* Bicyclists - Ride on the right, with traffic. But, move to the left in the lane to avoid road debris, stay out of the car door zone, or to prepare for a left hand turn.
* Drivers - Wait until safe to pass a bicyclist. You really don't want to choose between a head-on collision and wiping out a bicyclist! On city streets, bicyclists may be going at traffic speed. Don't pass unless you really need to. Share the road - it's common courtesy and common sense!
